Gearing up! With Lunch!

Ever wanted to make a Sailormoon lunch box? Well, now you can, thanks to our latest translation! In celebration of the re-airing of Sailormoon on the Japanese cable TV channel Animax, the station held a “lunch box making classroom” where participants created a Sailormoon-themed lunch. We figured that since we’re gearing up to release the Animax interviews, we’d translate this little lead-up just to get you all prepared! Check it out by clicking here.
Be on the lookout, we will be updating later on today or tomorrow with a SLEW of new material. Our staff has been hard at work, despite how quiet it’s been around here. Look forward to it!
EDIT: Here, have some new song translations too: Kirari * Sailor Dream & Change of Pace.
Song Translations & A Status Update.

Hey there everyone! Since it’s March, and that means it’s a new month so everyone is free to request more songs, I’ve filled in the requests I’ve received so far. So check out the new lyric translations for the following songs:
Ai wo Shinjiteru
Golden Queen Galaxia
C’est La Vie ~ Watashi no Naka Koi Suru Bubun
Katagoshi ni Kinsei
Kubisuji wo Sashidase
We’ve also recently finished the translation for Takumi Kowo’s 50 page long Seiya x Usagi oriented doujinshi entitled “Seiya and Usagi’s Throbbing Memorial”, which is a collection of short stories revolving around that pairing. Margi and Jen are hard at work putting the finishing touches on the image editing, and we should have this released and online by the end of the weekend.
PGSM TV Photo Books Volume 3 & 4 will also be online shortly after they’ve been Photoshopped by Jen and Margi. Our translators Vicky and Persephone were awesome enough to overcome some -serious- obstacles over the past few weeks in getting time and the ability to work on these books, and so they will be online soon! Many props to both translators for getting this stuff done. I won’t go into details, but both of these ladies are dedicated fans and should be praised for working so hard on this stuff for us.
Brendan and Debbie are currently both translating doujinshi as well, working on Fleur de Fleur (a Hotaru/Chibiusa friendship centric comic) and Sugary Syndrome by Fragrant Mei (another Seiya/Usagi pairing comic) respectively.
Since that clears up my work queue, that means I’ll be hitting the #4 spot on my list, which is the much anticipated Animax series of interviews that have been playing on Japanese cable television about the re-airing of Sailormoon. We are aware that another group is also currently working on this project as well, but we’ve decided to give it a go anyway because the translation work is a challenge for our staff and we’re determined to work our way through it, however painful it may be. (One of the two hosts has a serious “otaku” accent, and he slurs his words together and he’s altogether miserable to understand. Fun stuff.)
So right now, James and I are working on Sailor Stars and the Animax interviews, all of our translators have been assigned new projects, and our Photoshop team is hard at work processing all of the slew of translations that have hit them pretty much all at once this week. What this means it that our staff is just bludgeoned for time, and so this week we will not be releasing a podcast. Paul is in the process of putting together a “bloopers” podcast which was an idea we received from some of our fans, so please look forward to this! I’ll update again when it is online, and hopefully we’ll have some more translations all ready for your viewing pleasure by then as well ;)
Whew! What a long update. Anyway, have a good night everyone, and thanks for reading.
